How do I place an order?

Proceed to checkout, enter your details, and complete payment to place your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
Use this ID on the courier partner’s website to track your delivery.

Yes! Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item hasn’t been shipped.
After dispatch, the Return & Refund Policy will apply.

We offer 7-day returns and size exchanges for eligible items.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
